Apple CarPlay
The Skyships platform supports multiple vehicle programs with certified wireless Apple Carplay. Skyships has worked with the OEMs, Apple and 3rd party validation partners to ensure a seamless journey through the certification process. Currently Skyships is supporting 19 different vehicle programs with Apple CarPlay.
Android Auto
Android Auto is supported on the Skyships platform. Working with the OEMs, Google and 3rd party certification partners, Skyships is currently supporting 7 vehicle programs with Wireless Android Auto.
Premium Audio
Premium Audio is an expectation in modern vehicles, and multiple options are available with Skyships; an integrated 4 channel amplifier in the G7 Infotainment Controller, using Skyships’ 10 channel premium amplifier, or working with a 3rd party amplifier partner. Audio tuning and calibration is supported in software, including echo cancellation and noise reduction for telephony.
Multiple Displays
Multiple displays are supported, with or without touch control. Typically a central touchscreen and cluster display suit customer requirements, but Skyships have delivered projects supporting dual central touchscreens and passenger displays. Skyships cluster displays are directly connected to vehicle networks and support functional safety features.
